House Details

Casa Agustin is a large renovated house in the hamlet of Las Chozas, with stunning views across the lake to Iznajar. 

The house sleeps 8 to 10 comfortably

Tucked into the hillside of Las Chozas, with the most fantastic views, the position of the house is very tranquil and relaxing.

The house has four bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen breakfast room, utility room and 3 bathrooms.The house is fully equipped – including Satellite TV, DVD,video, CD Player, microwave, washing machine & dishwasher.

On the Ground floor

The main sitting room is L shaped and very spacious, with a large wood burner to keep the chill away during the winter. There is a second living room and eat in kitchen. All downstairs rooms have wood burning stoves which also provide background heat to upstairs bedrooms.The main living room can be accessed either from the front door or from the open plan dining area that in turn leads onto the kitchen  There is a fully equipped bathroom on this level.

On the first floor .

There are four bedrooms: two  triple rooms with a double bed and a single  bed, a double room with en suite and one with twin beds - all  with electric heating. Two further bathrooms with showers. And a room sized landing with double sofa bed. The en suite double room and one of the triple rooms lead out onto a large roof terrace that not only looks onto the swimming pool, but stunning views of the country side plus the village of Iznajar and its huge lake.

Outside

Outside there is a large vine covered patio with barbecue, outside dining areas and split level terraces to enjoy the sun, shade and views. With panoramic views across the valley the 8m x 4m pool is set in the top level terrace reached by  eight steps.

Please be aware that the stoves and flues are cast iron and therefore are very hot when in use.

The pool area is gated and it is the responsibility of parents to ensure children are well supervised at all times.
