The Small Print


 

Holiday Property Information

  • Gas/Electric/Water are all included in the rental price, heating is by wood burning stove and wall mounted electric heaters on the first floor,
  • Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided; please bring your own towels for the beach and pool.
  • The maximum number of people is listed within the property description and this must be adhered to at all times.
  • A travel cot can be provided.
  • Prior arrangements must be made if pets are required to accompany you at our discretion.
  • We ask that you inform us of any breakages or problems of any kind promptly; a full list of contact details will be left in the property.

Please note that this house may not be suitable for parties with very young children or people with mobility difficulties. If unsure please enquire.


Please be aware that the stoves and flues are cast iron and therefore are very hot when in use.


The pool area is gated and it is the responsibility of parents to ensure children are well supervised at all times.

The Costs:


Prices are per week in GBP


November, December, January & February – 400 pounds

March, April, May & October  - 600 pounds

June, July, August & September - 800 pounds

Xmas and New Year - 800 pounds

A security deposit of 200 pounds is required


Part weeks are possible - costs are worked out per day at proportional rates

 

  • We can hold a provisional booking for 48 hours only in the high season or 2 weeks at all other times.
  • To confirm your holiday we require a deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost. If your holiday commences in less than 8 weeks, the full payment will be due when you book.
  • Once we have received your deposit, we will notify you immediately with confirmation of your booking and when the balance is due, along with clear directions and relevant information for your holiday.
  • Outstanding balances are due 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.
  • The property requires a security deposit, as listed in the property description.  This deposit will be refunded, (providing there are no breakages or damage) two weeks after your departure.
