Comment: Finally found the site for this lovely holiday home. My family had a great time chilling out around the pool and the nearby lake, which we found was good for fishing, canoeing and swimming. All in all a place to be recommended.

Comment: Views so spectacular we nearly didn't leave the house. Glad we did as El Torcal rocks were unbelievable - don't miss them. Cannot reccommend whole area highly enough. Local villa manager went beyond the call of duty to help us in an emergency. Great holiday.

Comment: Yes the holiday went very well, we really enjoyed being at the villa its in such a lovely location. Chris was very helpful with local information and assisted when we found a kitten by the front gate,

Comment: We visited in August 2008, the house was fantastic, its so well equiped, a real home from home. So comfy and loads of space (you need it with five kids in tow). The area is absolutely lovely and the view of the lake and mountains surrounding the house fantastic. We have travelled to Spain a number of times now but this was far and away our favourite visit. It is so peaceful but verthing you need is within easy reach. The bar in Fuente del conde is brill and easy to find. Altogether brilliant!

Comment: A really peaceful and comfortable corner of rural Spain. It's a welcoming house – you feel relaxed and 'at home' from and the moment you arrive. Fantastic views from the terrace, and it's great to have the pool (was still warm enough to swim in October!). A welcome retreat, with a bar and shop down the road. Thanks!

Comment: Our thanks to Joan, and to Chris, for a great stay in casa agustine! We had the choice between reading in the sun on the terrace and getting out to see the many world class sites in the area, so we did both! Too cold for the pool at Christmas, so that's another reason to go back at another season.

Comment: Your house is so well kept and equipped - very undersold! What with the pool (loads of good loungers), pool table, badminton gear, fruit trees, board games, books, swimming noodles, tv etc our five children from 11 to 20 were happy as larry. And us too - the spaciousness - music in one living room and peace and quiet in the other. Quiet rural Spain, with no mosquitos and cool shade in the lea of the hill first thing in the morning before the heat of the day. Paradise!!! Thank you.

Comment: We stayed for 2 weeks in August 2010. Everything that has been written by previous guests is true. The location and views are spectacular. The house and pool are large and well kept, it is easily big enough for 2 families and there are indeed virtually no mosquitoes. Excellent value, we had a wonderful time.

Comment: Villa was really large and rustic, with spectacular views of the hills and lakes. At times it was cold, but once the fires got going it was lovely and cosy. The hot water was extremely fickle. Good value for money though and well located for cordoba and sevilla etc

Comment: Had a perfect holiday, the house has everything you could need and really is a home away from home! Beautiful scenery of the surrounding areas make it even more peaceful! Couldn't of asked for a more relaxing holiday! The pool was fabulous and very inviting! Will definitely come again!
